We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, minor variations in item appearance, or misunderstandings that could have been clarified before purchase. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully, review all photos, and reach out with questions before completing an order. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, or vintage, natural signs of age, wear, toning, or patina may be present and are considered part of the item’s character.
If an item arrives damaged due to an issue during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. While we are not responsible for damage caused by carriers, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company when possible. Claims filed outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for assistance.
If you receive the wrong item or a significant error was made in the listing description, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation. If a mistake was made on our end, we will make it right, which may include a replacement when available or a refund when appropriate. Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as items are immediately prepared for shipment or removed from inventory. For Whatnot orders, all platform rules apply, and we abide by Whatnot’s cancellation, claim, and dispute procedures.
