Once an order is placed, processing generally begins immediately. Most orders ship within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on order volume, special promotions, holidays, or the unique nature of certain items. Because many products, including coins and vintage merchandise, require careful packaging, slight delays may occur to ensure safe and secure handling. Orders placed through Whatnot are prepared based on Whatnot’s fulfillment timeline and requirements, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information entered is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping details. Once a package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever available. Tracking information may take time to update, depending on the carrier’s systems.

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. While we do our best to offer reliable delivery estimates, we cannot control transit delays, weather disruptions, carrier backlogs, or other external factors. Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, we will assist you in navigating any claims with the carrier to the extent possible.

For high-value items, including coins, bullion, and rare collectibles, packages may require additional security measures or insurance at our discretion. In some cases, signature confirmation may be used to help ensure safe delivery. The customer is responsible for being available to receive packages requiring a signature.

International shipping, when available, may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, duties, or delays based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot predict or control processing times at customs agencies.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or failure to collect the item from the carrier, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs to have the order resent. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded simply because of shipping delays or circumstances outside our control.
